Eligibility to Purchase
By purchasing from Bobbie Parrots for Sale, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to own a parrot in your state or local jurisdiction. It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding parrot ownership.
Live Animal Disclaimer
Parrots are live animals and require long-term commitment, proper care, and suitable living conditions. By purchasing a parrot from Bobbie Parrots for Sale, you acknowledge that living animals may react differently to changes in environment, handling, and routine.
We make no guarantees regarding future behavior, talking ability, lifespan, or compatibility with other pets or individuals.
Reservations & Deposits
A 35% deposit is required to reserve a parrot. Deposits confirm intent to purchase and remove the parrot from public availability. Deposit terms are governed by our Refund & Deposit Policy.
Payments
All payments are accepted exclusively via Chime Instant Transfer. This is the only payment method we accept. Buyers must ensure they are able to complete payment using Chime before placing a deposit or finalizing a purchase.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping or delivery fees unless explicitly stated.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery arrangements are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Nationwide delivery within the United States may be available depending on location, weather conditions, and parrot readiness.
We reserve the right to delay or reschedule delivery if conditions are deemed unsafe for transport.
Health & Veterinary Care
Each parrot is healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of departure, as outlined in our Health Guarantee. Once a parrot leaves our care, responsibility for its health, environment, and veterinary care transfers to the buyer.
No Returns on Live Animals
Due to the nature of live animals, parrots are not eligible for return once shipped, delivered, or picked up. Buyers are encouraged to ask all questions and conduct proper research before purchasing.
Buyer Responsibilities
The buyer agrees to provide appropriate housing, nutrition, enrichment, and veterinary care for the parrot. Improper care, neglect, or unsafe environments may result in health or behavioral issues for which Bobbie Parrots for Sale is not responsible.
Cancellations
Cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund & Deposit Policy. Failure to communicate cancellations promptly may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Limitation of Liability
Bobbie Parrots for Sale shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, ownership, or care of a parrot. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the parrot, excluding shipping and third-party fees.
