Because parrots are live animals, we follow a structured procedure to ensure ethical placement, proper care, and smooth delivery. Please review the steps below carefully before placing an order.
Step 1: Review Available Parrots
Begin by browsing the parrots listed on our website. Each listing includes essential details such as species, age, status, temperament, and readiness for placement.
We encourage buyers to carefully review the information provided and ensure the chosen parrot is a good fit for their lifestyle, experience level, and long-term commitment.
Step 2: Contact Us Before Payment
Before making any payment, buyers must contact Bobbie Parrots for Sale to confirm availability, discuss shipping options, and ask any questions regarding care, requirements, or readiness.
This step ensures clear communication and helps us determine whether the parrot is suitable for the buyer’s home environment.
Step 3: Reservation & 35% Deposit
Once availability is confirmed and the buyer wishes to proceed, a 35% deposit is required to reserve the selected parrot. The deposit temporarily removes the parrot from public availability while final arrangements are made.
Deposit terms, including refund eligibility, are governed by our Refund & Deposit Policy. Buyers are strongly encouraged to review this policy before submitting a deposit.
Step 4: Accepted Payment Method
All payments to Bobbie Parrots for Sale are accepted exclusively via Chime Instant Transfer. This is the only payment method we accept.
Buyers must ensure they have access to Chime and are able to complete instant transfers before proceeding with a deposit or final payment.
Step 5: Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full via Chime Instant Transfer before shipping, delivery, or pickup is scheduled.
Failure to complete final payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.
Step 6: Shipping or Pickup Arrangements
After full payment is received, shipping or pickup arrangements will be confirmed. Bobbie Parrots for Sale offers nationwide delivery within the United States, subject to weather conditions, transport availability, and parrot readiness.
Shipping details, timelines, and fees are communicated clearly before scheduling. Local pickup may be available by appointment, depending on location.
Step 7: Preparation for Delivery
Prior to delivery, each parrot undergoes final observation to ensure it is healthy, fit for transport, and ready for placement. We reserve the right to delay shipping if conditions are deemed unsafe for the parrot.
Step 8: Delivery or Pickup
Buyers must be available to receive the parrot at the agreed time and location. Upon arrival, the parrot should be inspected promptly.
We strongly recommend scheduling an initial wellness check with a qualified avian veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery.
Step 9: Responsibility After Placement
Once the parrot has been delivered or picked up, responsibility for care, housing, nutrition, and veterinary needs transfers fully to the buyer.
Ongoing care should follow species-appropriate guidelines to ensure the parrot’s long-term health and wellbeing.
